Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs, pain points, and expectations.

- Define user personas and user journey maps to identify opportunities for improvement and inform design decisions.

- Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various features and functionalities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of UX best practices into the development process.

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.

- Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in SaaS UX and user research methodologies.

- Document design decisions, processes, and best practices to maintain consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- Experience as a UX Designer or a related field, with a strong track record in designing SaaS products.

- Proven experience in user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design for software applications

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for SaaS platforms.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.

- Proficient in design tools like Figma, or Adobe XD.

- Familiarity with user testing tools and methodologies.

- Passion for SaaS and a strong understanding of the B2B technology landscape.
