SatSure - Product Designer - User-Centered Design

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals.
- Contribute to the development of design strategies that align with overall product vision and objectives.
- Influence the overall user experience and design direction of products by leveraging your expertise and insights.
- Translate product specifications and user psychology into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct concept and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
- Facilitate stakeholder product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, and user testing for digital products.
- Identify creative solutions to UX challenges, ensuring usability and findability across different interfaces and devices.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new product features.
- Apply a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
- Effectively communicate design ideas, prototypes, and design rationale to development teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on competitor products, industry trends, and emerging design technologies.
Must-haves :
Requirements :
- 3-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful projects.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, user research, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma and other standard design software for creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity wireframes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to solve complex design problems, make strategic design decisions, and mentor junior designers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
- Track record of contributing innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges.
