Join our dynamic robotics team and work on cutting-edge navigation systems for real-world deploymentLocation - ChennaiAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and skilled Navigation Engineer who can design, implement, and optimize navigation solutions for wheeled mobile robots. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—perception, control, hardware, and software—to build robust and scalable systems.️ Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain navigation stacks using ROS• Implement & optimize path planning algorithms (e.g., Hybrid A*)• Build and manage Docker-based development environments• Collaborate with perception, localization & control teams• Conduct simulation + real-world testing• Stay updated with emerging navigation technologies• Document architecture, design decisions & evaluationsMinimum Qualifications• Master’s in Robotics / CS / related field• 5+ years of professional software development• Strong experience with ROS, navigation stack, C++ & Python• Proficiency in algorithms and Linux-based development• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools• Ability to work independently and explore new tech⭐ Preferred Qualifications• Experience with ROS2 and ROS1 → ROS2 migration• Knowledge of Perception, CV, SLAM, Sensor Fusion, AI• Experience with simulators, Git & Behavior TreesWhat We Offer• Competitive salary & benefits• Opportunity to work on breakthrough robotics technologies• Collaborative & innovative environment• Career growth opportunities• VISA application supportHow to ApplyIf building the future of robotics excites you, send us your resumes at
