The Incumbent will serve as a consultant to managers on Human Resource related issues. The incumbent is to act as employee champion and change agent
The incumbent will manage End to End Lifecycle management for the designated/ mapped Support Functions. HR service delivery to internal customer and implement HR services, policies and processes.
Culture Building
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with Leadership/ Managers to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Facilitate events such as Open House with Functional Managers, Townhall etc.
Employee forums for teams twice a year
Coffee with CEO to engage top performers etc.
Talent Acquisition
Hiring for Support function till Band 3
Focus on hiring quality resources within the stipulated timeline and ensure 100% manpower capacity is maintained across locations
Build a good sourcing mix which is cost efficient and helps the organization to attract ‘Best in Class’ Talent
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
Proactively plan for recruitments and pipeline basis the Manpower Plan
Maintain the hiring costs as per budget
Track and maintain the cost per hire
Publish Recruitment metrics to business on an ongoing basis to track hiring progress
Employee Life Cycle
Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Ensure a robust Performance Management process and build a high performing organization.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up with COE’s to ensure training objectives are met.

GPTW
Ensure implementation of GPTW activities within Corp Team (Non Sales Teams) based on Inputs / requirements from GPTW SPOC
Identify three Strengths and use the same for recruitment
Identify three areas of improvement and implement necessary actions for the same.
Rewards and Engagement
Roll out rewards mechanism on a monthly and quarterly basis
Form and obtain budgets and approvals for Engagement calendar
Organize Engagement events, festive celebrations in alignment with Corporate Engagement SPOC
Projects:
Implementation of new initiatives and streamline process for sustained implementation
Example Employer Branding and Advocacy, Talent Mapping, Succession Planning etc.
Education:
Graduate. Preferably MBA in HR
Experience:
4 to 8 yrs of which 2-3 years in Insurance industry
Skills:
Effective Interpersonal Skills, Excellent Communication skills, Analytical abilities and proficient in MS office
