Role Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Project Manager to join our team at Elmeck Trust Wire & Cables in Belgaum. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in driving sales initiatives and maintaining exceptional customer relationships. The Sales Project Manager will be tasked with overseeing and coordinating sales projects, conducting in-depth analyses of market trends and customer requirements, delivering unparalleled customer service, and fostering effective communication channels with team members and stakeholders alike. With a focus on driving sales growth and fortifying client connections, the Sales Project Manager will play a central role in realizing our company's strategic objectives.

Strong project coordination and management skills, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent analytical capabilities, enabling the interpretation of market dynamics and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and fostering long-lasting client relationships.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for articulating project objectives, conveying insights, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
A successful track record in sales, showcasing the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining relationships with electrical contractors, engineers, and architects, facilitating business growth and market expansion.
Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment, leveraging collective expertise and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Experience in the wire and cable industry is advantageous, though not essential.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, complementing practical experience in sales and project management.
