Strong expertise in Service Now scripting, workflows, and integrations. Strong knowledge of Java Script, Flow Designer and Integration Hub. Familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, CSS and Service Portal Understanding of XML and structural programming concepts. Knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience in developing Service Now reports. Experience in Service Now Playbook development. Experience with API development for inbound and outbound data exchange (REST and SOAP). Familiarity with Service Now case management system and Now Assist.
