About the Role

As the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Business Enablement Specialist, you will be part of a specialist cross-border team playing a key role in the newly created TPRM Advisory & Enablement Team. This role reports into the TPRM Learning, Change & Communications Manager and is tasked with enabling the wider TPRM team to deliver. This includes operational management of processes, the management of our group documentation (e.g. Signavio process maps) and supporting the change management and learning agenda.

What will your day look like?

As a TPRM Business Enablement Specialist, you will:

- Champion change management and learning initiatives across TPRM processes. This includes preparing materials, updating process documentation and maps, creating knowledge articles, scheduling training and awareness sessions, and keeping the TPRM Max site current.- Manage the TPRM Mailbox by triaging incoming correspondence to the appropriate internal team or responding as needed.- Handle ad hoc operational support queries as they arise, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.- Support the TPRM Advisory & Enablement function, empowering our business users to confidently navigate TPRM processes.- Identify and analyse continuous improvement opportunities for the broader TPRM team, driving excellence and innovation.
