What you will work on:● Assisting the CRO in establishing operational structures, establish appropriate internal underwriting procedures and criteria to control risk and oversee the development of the company's underwriting systems● Assessing of loan applications and ensuring adherence to defined policy guidelines - across product categories● Developing credit underwriting framework using alternative data and mapping it to credit signals and policies.● Managing the overall loan assessment costs within acceptable budgets● Track operations and ensure deliveries within agreed SLAs as well as monitor and maintain productivity standards of the team● Preparing of Portfolio dashboards sharing with concerned stakeholders

The ideal candidate:● 5-7+ years risk/underwriting experience in lending across NBFCs, Banks and FinTech/Consumer tech startup● Major part of the experience should be in unsecured lending● Ability to manage large teams & external business and/or vendor partner relationships● Ability to absorb multiple views and operate with the required level of tact & diplomacy with concerned stakeholders

Qualification and Experience:● Master’s degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience● Should have experience in unsecured and financial based credit underwriting●Experience in a high growth startup preferably in Fintech/Consumer-tech
