Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Cardiac Anesthesia & ICU Specialist to join our medical team. The role requires expertise in providing anesthesia for cardiac surgeries as well as managing critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in cardiac anesthesia techniques, perioperative care, and advanced critical care management. Key Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgeries. Perform preoperative assessments and develop tailored anesthesia plans. Monitor patients intraoperative and postoperative in line with best practices. Manage critically ill patients in the ICU, including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring. Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Lead resuscitation efforts and emergency interventions in the ICU and OR. Supervise and train junior doctors, nurses, and anesthesia technicians as required. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with international standards. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Medical degree (MD/DO) with specialization in Anesthesiology. Fellowship or specialization in Cardiac Anesthesia and Critical Care/ICU. Valid medical license. Minimum 3 years of experience in cardiac anesthesia and ICU management. Strong knowledge of cardiac pharmacology, advanced monitoring, and critical care protocols. Excellent decision-making and crisis management skills.
