Job Title: Saviynt Engineer Experience: 3 – 5 Years Location: Hyderabad About the Role: An MNC is hiring a skilled Saviynt Engineer to join their Security Operations team. You will contribute to enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, help shape security operations strategy, and support compliance and governance efforts. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage Saviynt IGA solutions , including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification campaigns. Design and deploy advanced workflows, complex lifecycle processes, and automation within the Saviynt platform. Integrate IGA with directories, cloud platforms, HR systems, databases, and SaaS applications. Troubleshoot IAM issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with third-party vendors. Establish and enforce IAM governance policies and standards. Drive process improvement, automation, and adoption of emerging IAM tools. Develop documentation and communicate IAM strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems (Master’s preferred). Experience: 3–5 years in cloud security, IAM, or related cybersecurity roles (Airlines industry experience preferred). Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CEH, GIAC, SANS, CISM, GCIA, CISA, CompTIA Security. Technical Skills: Expertise with Saviynt or other IAM tools (SailPoint, OIM). Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD. Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security. Understanding of regulatory compliance standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
