The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive PMO Specialist to join our CIT Apps Department under the responsibility of the Transformation Manager. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a passion for excellence in project management. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Director in overseeing a diverse range of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​
Assist in the planning and implementation of project management methodologies and processes.
Coordinate and monitor the progress of multiple projects within the CIT Apps department, which includes software such as SAP, Power BI, GRC, SuccessFactors, BTP and Concur.
Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports as well as key reporting for top management.
Identify potential project risks and issues, and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
Support the Direction in the execution of major projects for 2024 and onward, including the solution roll-out (including India), the transition to cloud services, and the preparation for the S/4 Hana project.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the department.
Support in Recruitment activities, Position Id creation, Creation of Job requisitions
Tracking Demand and Supply
New Joiner co-ordination, Tracking of NB resources, Training Plan for Debuts (L1,L2,L3), Timesheet data Reporting, Invoicing support and maintain skill matrix.
Program Management, Finance management, Reporting, Metrics, Dealing with stakeholders and also flexibiity in Eurpose time zone
Need to have 10+ experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a PM, PMO or SAP functional analyst, willing to move to Project Management.
Technical skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
VBA experience is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges alongside ability to work independently and as part of a remote team (Mainly India / France).
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
Optional - German language
