Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Captain. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and coordinating food and beverage services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.
Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Leadership abilities
  • Customer satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Past experience in the restaurant industry is preferable
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
  • 2-5 years of experience is mandatory
