Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Captain. As a Restaurant Captain, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and coordinating food and beverage services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and Leadership abilities
Customer satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Past experience in the restaurant industry is preferable
Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
2-5 years of experience is mandatory
