Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Senior Wedding Designer. As a Senior Wedding Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative and visually stunning designs for weddings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through your creative expertise. It is a seamless blend of creativity with project management and client servicing for weddings and other social events. Conceptualising, designing and executing the final drafts with client's affirmation.


Responsibilities

  • Curating trending and innovative themes for luxury weddings and events.
  • Overseeing and co-ordinatio=ng all wedding and other social event projects from conception till delivery.
  • Undertaking research, ideation and production to meet client expectations.
  • Reviewing junior designers' drafts and other work for maintaining quality and authenticity standards of the company.
  • Develop detailed specifications.
  • Producing detailed project timelines and internal milestones.
  • Presenting design works at multiple phases of a project.
  • To be involved from the very beginning of project, from deciding each element, physical layout of the floor plan, to whole color themes, lighting schemes, etc.



Qualifications

  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS PowerPoint, or any other similar software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of current wedding trends and traditions.
  • 5 years and above experience in wedding or event design is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
