Junior Wedding Planner- Seven Steps

**The Job**:To be a part of the team that plans and produces world-class celebrations and weddings for HNI and corporate houses from across the world.
**Educational Qualification**: Postgraduate. Preferably with a Hospitality Background.
**Work Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in the Weddings/ Live Entertainment /Hospitality Industry managing social events.
**Location**: Mumbai
**The Job Responsibility**:
- Possess an understanding of luxury and have a strong sense of international and Indian aesthetics in the weddings and events business.
- In-depth knowledge of the weddings and social events industry and current ongoings in the Indian and global wedding scenario.
- Have an eye for detail during planning as well as execution and ensure all clients requirements are met and exceeded.
- Ability to plan and execute all the stages of a wedding starting from the business development stage, to pitching, budgeting, closures, planning, designing, and producing.
- Must be able to take on brand custodianship. Possess the ability to build social media platforms and further PR links across media houses and online weddings & social event platforms.
**Desired Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills: Hindi and English
- Be extremely well-groomed at all times
