Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agri Input Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Agri Input Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting agricultural products, and achieving sales targets. The role includes market research, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless supply chain and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in agricultural product promotion and market research
  • Strategy development and target achievement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • A degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in the agricultural industry is an advantage
