VJ Capacitors Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of high-performance capacitors for industrial and consumer applications, is expanding its marketing team We are seeking a Marketing Outreach Executive to join our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on leads assigned through our CRM system.
  • Promptly contact prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Diligently update lead status, progress, and outcomes in the CRM for full transparency.
  • Prepare structured weekly/monthly reports on outreach performance and lead conversions.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, dealers, and distributors through confident communication.

What We're Looking For:

  • A
    professional
    with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Confident, organised, and quick to respond to leads.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and maintaining systematic records.
  • Self-motivated with a professional, welcoming approach in client interactions.
  • Prior experience in sales outreach, telecalling, or client servicing will be an added advantage.
