Position Summary

As an IT Recruiter at PranaTree LLC, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding top IT talent. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality candidates using various sourcing platforms, screening and interviewing them, managing recruitment databases, and collaborating with global teams. The role requires the ability to work independently while being highly collaborative with teams in the US, Dubai, and India.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
  • Interviewing & Screening: Conduct initial interviews, screen candidates, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment databases and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Job Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear, compelling job descriptions.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers in different time zones.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the US, Dubai, and India to align on hiring goals and strategies.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to improve recruitment efficiency.


Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of IT recruiting experience, preferably in remote or global team settings.
  • Location: Remote, but candidates based in Chennai, India are preferred.
  • Work Hours: Must be available to work US Eastern Time hours.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Skills:
  • Experience in using different candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
  • Ability to write clear, effective job descriptions.
  • Competence in using AI tools for sourcing and recruitment tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Time-to-Fill: Ensure positions are filled within a specified time frame.
  • Quality of Hire: Measure the success of recruits based on performance and retention.
