Objective of the Role
Build Damco offerings marketing strategy, execute the marketing plan with objective of brand establishment, and demand generation
Essential Responsibilities
Develop and run marketing plan for various Damco Offerings. Owns opportunity generation targets
Collaborate with Offering Heads/SMEs to build the marketing strategy and go to market themes
Own the strategy and development of marketing collaterals for lead generation and nurturing
Ensure Damco’s Visibility and Awareness in the right market
Plan, execute, and analyze the demand acquisition strategy to meet revenue goals including a mix of marketing tactics (SEM, SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.)
Manage Damco’s website and microsite for performance, visibility, and conversions.
Recommend and implement approaches to website architecture, UI/UX, content, linking, and other factors to improve organic visibility
Gather and draw insights from data/user behavior that can help define areas for improvement and optimization
Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and tech teams to develop and manage A/B test optimizations, website projects, and other SEO initiatives
Work with content teams to guide the strategy to impact visibility of content.
Manage B2B reviews and listings sites like Clutch, G2, and Gartner Peer Insights etc.
Should have experience of running Google Ads for technology services.
Own and Improve conversions on organic marketing channels
Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and advocating for team. Work with Subject Market Experts, Content, Design and Tech Teams
Qualification and Experience
MBA (with Marketing/Communication specialization) or an equivalent degree.
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in B2B Demand Generation.
Must have experience in marketing budget management and ROI generation.
Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
