Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Help create engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for various social media platforms. Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals.
S trategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing effective social media strategies for clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly. Contribute to building a positive community around our clients' brands.
Analytics Support: Assist in tracking and analyzing social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite. Help prepare reports highlighting key metrics and insights.
Campaign Assistance: Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns, monitoring performance and suggesting data-driven adjustments.
Collaboration: Work with content, SEO, and PPC teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Assist in coordinating with clients to understand their goals and feedback.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Passion for social media and a strong understanding of various platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Basic familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
