Social Media Manager (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Social Media Manager (Female) with 3–5 years of proven experience in designing, executing, and optimizing digital strategies. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in handling and leading a team, with the capability to mentor, manage, and ensure timely delivery of work while driving measurable business growth.

She should have strong expertise in competitor analysis, trend mapping, funnel creation, AI-driven marketing, and creative storytelling to enhance the brand's digital footprint. This role demands a blend of creativity, leadership, and analytical skills to lead campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy & Growth
• Build and implement multi-platform campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Threads, Pinterest, etc.).
• Funnel organic traction into qualified business leads through structured strategies.
• Drive LinkedIn-focused B2B growth strategies for branding and lead generation.
• Content Creation & Storytelling
• Create visually appealing and engaging posts, reels, videos, and stories.
• Use advanced tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), CapCut, InShot, Final Cut Pro.
• Build storytelling-based campaigns for stronger audience connection.
• Market & Competitor Research
• Conduct comparative studies and competitor benchmarking across platforms.
• Use Google Trends, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Socialbakers for insights and strategy building.
• Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven evaluation.
• Analytics, SEO & Reporting
• Implement SEO, SEM, and backlink strategies for organic growth.
• Track performance via Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics.
• Provide monthly reports with improvement recommendations.
• AI & Automation in Marketing
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, , SurferSEO, Lately) for campaign optimization, content, and predictive analytics.
• Automate scheduling and lead funnels with Zapier, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor a team of assistants/freelancers with clear deadlines and accountability.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and marketing teams to align with business goals.
• Manage basic website updates when required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Prior team leadership experience, with the ability to manage workloads and ensure timely execution.
• Proficiency in social media & analytics tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, SEMrush, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, HubSpot.
• Advanced expertise in creative design & video editing tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro.
• Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, and lead-generation funnels.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Female candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
