Position : Application Lead COE

Location : Bangalore

Purpose and Overview:

Application Lead role will support our full supply chain capability for the enterprise with primary responsibility for managing the Supply Chain COE which cuts across applications like MP&A, MD, PLM, Centric, PKMS and WMS. This is an individual contributor role that will support Operational capabilities with focus on Supply Chain and Logistics by partnering with cross-functional technology teams within Victorias Secret. Role will be responsible of providing Functional leadership, coaching and mentorship to the team members’ along with taking accountability of team deliverables. Responsibilities will also include executing full SDLC activities in enhancing existing or implementing new Supply Chain functionality in close collaboration with Business. This role will interface and work in collaboration with a highly talented, energetic, and diverse cross functional Team sitting across Bangalore and US. This Position reports to Bangalore based Sr Manager – Supply Chain, Logistics & Distribution

Responsibilities:

·Ability to Lead on Multiple Functional Areas .

·Act as Subject Matter Expert for MP&A and Logistics area

·Manage & contribute to the continuous Improvement, System Optimization, Operational readiness with business users, through the analysis, design, development, and implementation.

Delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile). Independently drives issues to closure, escalating to leadership as needed.

·Assist Leaders in developing strategy for optimizing the use of the Supply Chain and Logisics Solutions.

Assists in identifying process improvement opportunities and implements solutions. Able to influence others without authority to drive decision-making and solutions. Applies a systematic approach to data gathering and analysis to make key decisions that are supported by facts. Successfully multi-tasks across project and non-project assignments, delivering on time with directions from Direct Manager.

·Defines and gain consensus on deliverables, milestones, and scope & communicates status to stakeholders

·Guidance and Mentoring of Junior Resources in Team

·Willing to pick up functional aspect of other JDA/Non JDA products as per Organizational needs.

·Responsible for day to day management and resolution of Incidents, Problems and Requests.

·Lead/Support other activities such as documentation, operations, and business requirements to support the execution of changes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·8 to 10 years of Functional/BA experience in the Supply Chain/Logistics Solutions with at least 2-3 years of lead experience

·BE/MCA/MBA from reputed institutes

·Desired experience/Good Understanding of Retail Supply Chain Process

·Integration Understanding with Upstream/Downstream non Supply Chain Application is a plus

·Should have participated in at least one E2E JDA Implementation Project.

·Experience leading cross skilled resources on projects.

·Delivery Experience in an onshore / offshore model preferred.

·Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, collaboration and problem-solving skills

·Effective documentation and communication skills

·Takes pride in delivering quality work to meet the needs of Business.
