You can learn more about Steadfast and it's various branches and divisions Job Description - Please read carefully before applying Steadfast's CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant to assist with daily tasks which is not limited to calendar management, travel management, expense management, time management, making minutes of meetings, desk management, data management, visitor profile screening, email management, taking phone calls on behalf of the director along with all secretarial and clerical practices followed by an executive administrative professional in this field. Candidate will be working both as personal and executive secretary moreover as a personal manager. The right candidate will be required to work 6 days a week and the job does not come with fixed job timings due to busy schedule, we need only interested candidates to apply for this job who are able to work and still keep a work-life balance maintaining their health and well-being. This job role involves travelling for events and exhibitions giving on-ground assistance as and when required. The candidate will act as a barrier and door keeper for the director with all internal and external clients and meetings. The candidate eventually will become the face of the management for all internal and external meetings and decision making. Candidate will become one point of contact for all communication possibilities both internal and external. We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum experience of 3 years and a maximum experience of 20 years in this field. We are interested in a candidate who is willing to learn and adapt to skills required in the healthcare industry and who has worked in similar field only. Salary hike will be as per industry standard and there would be special perks with food and travel allowance in this profile due to extended hours of work. Special safety norms will be followed in case of a female candidate. Candidate should be residing in Noida and if not then will have to relocate to Noida near office premises to limit travel time. Candidate should have excellent communication skills both Hindi and English verbal and written are mandatory, if candidate knows any foreign or regional language will be add-on benefit for the management. Candidate should have flexibility to work under different time zones to cater to international market requirements if any. Candidate should know how to draft emails, have knowledge of intermediate to advance excel, should be able to use different CRM softwares for daily routine. Candidate should have skills to coordinate with multiple people and teams at the same time, should be able to handle multi-tasking efficiently. Candidate will work under strict supervision of the management and has to maintain confidentiality of material, data, information and decisions of management under all circumstances, inability to do so leads to immediate exit or termination from the profile for which the candidate will sign a special NDA form at time of joining. Candidate should be able to take up new tasks and challenges positively and should be able to execute them properly. This is a work from office profile and does not require remote or hybrid working.
