Our client is a company founded in 2010 specializing in health and wellness products.

From its inception, focusing on Canola oil, the company has expanded its portfolio to include various wellness-oriented products such as wheatgrass juices and supplements, olive oil variants, mustard oil, superfoods like muesli, choco flakes, A2 ghee, organic rice, and soya chunks.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to craft and implement innovative marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, drive product growth, and support our mission of promoting health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives and social mission.
  • Identify Market Trends: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities to drive product innovation and growth.
  • Measure Campaign Effectiveness: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
    • Elevate the Brand: Position our brand as a leader in the health and wellness industry.
    • Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, including packaging, advertising, and digital media.
    • Cultivate Relationships: Build relationships with influencers, wellness communities, and strategic partners to amplify brand visibility.
      • Digital Marketing Initiatives: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, performance marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
      • Enhance E-commerce Presence: Optimize online sales channels and leverage analytics tools to measure and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
      • Product Launch Strategies: Collaborate with the product team to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
        • Build a High-Performing Team: Hire, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
        • Promote a Culture of Creativity: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making within the team.
        • Manage Resources: Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (experience in FMCG or wellness industries is a plus).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including analytics, CRM, and e-commerce optimization.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
  • Passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of consumer behavior in this space.
