Job Title: Payroll Executive Location: Mumbai (Dahisar)Experience: 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing.Department: Human Resources / AccountsReports To: HR Manager / Finance ManagerJob Summary:The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee records related to compensation and benefits.Key Responsibilities:Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and salary records.Handle full and final settlements for exited employees.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS etc.Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for inputs like new joiners, resignations, and salary changes.Prepare and share payroll reports and MIS as required.Manage reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.Support in internal and external payroll audits.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.Experience: 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing.Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, Keka, SAP HR , etc.)Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance .Soft Skills:Attention to detailStrong numerical and analytical abilityGood communication and confidentialityEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: As per industry standardsExperience:-2-6yrsThanks & Regards,Soni PandeySenior Human Resources ManagerDirect : I Cell : I
