Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Account Executive at Samyog Health Foods located in Thane. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business relationships, and overseeing sales activities. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily sales and purchase transactions in the accounting system.
  • Manage branch-level accounting and ensure timely consolidation with the head office.
  • Prepare reconciliations for banks, accounts receivable (debtors), and accounts payable (creditors).
  • Handle TDS-related tasks, including payment processing and quarterly TDS return filings.
  • Compile and prepare data for GST filings, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-2B.
  • Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements and investigate discrepancies.
  • Assist external auditors during statutory audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation.
  • Ensure timely payments of all statutory dues, including TDS, GST, Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
  • Prepare monthly estimates for the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement to support internal financial reviews.
