Accounts Executive Position Accounts Executive Location Thane Department Finance Accounts Position Overview The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization This includes handling financial records ensuring compliance with accounting principles preparing financial reports and assisting with budgeting and audits The role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial data and supporting the smooth functioning of the finance department Key Responsibilities Financial Record Maintenance Accounts Payable Receivable Bank Reconciliation Financial Reporting Tax Compliance Audit Support Compliance Regulatory Requirements Other Duties Key Skills and Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Certification e g CA CPA is a plus Experience 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles with familiarity in accounts payable accounts receivable and financial reporting Technical Skills Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally SAP or similar Microsoft Excel and other financial tools Attention to Detail Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data Communication Skills Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams clients and external partners Knowledge of Taxation Compliance Familiarity with local tax regulations and accounting standards e g GAAP IFRS is highly beneficial Work Environment Full-time position 9 00am - 6 30pm Work from Office Collaborative and dynamic team environment Compensation Benefits 6 days working with 2nd and 4th Saturday Off Yearly Bonus Health Insurance Accident policy PF ESIC benefit Paid leaves How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter to Hrd hdfire com or Call - 8424046934 Job Type Full-time Pay From 340 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
