Experience:Minimum 15+ years (with 5–8 years in EPC projects) Location:(Specify if applicable)Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)Experience & Exposure: Minimum of15 years of experiencein Civil & Structural Engineering, including5–8 years in EPC projects . Exposure toField Engineering ,Basic/FEED Engineering , and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Proven experience handling projects of at least30,000 man-hourswith ateam size of 20+ membersat peak load. Experience inschedule preparation, resource management , andengineering man-hour estimationbased on quantities and deliverables. Familiar withchange management processesrelated to input changes or additional scope.Technical Expertise: Proficient in theanalysis and designof: Steel and Concrete Structures(Pipe racks, shelters, technology structures, etc.) Foundations(Static equipment, tanks, and machine foundations with dynamic analysis) Industrial Buildings(Substation, Control Room, Administration buildings, etc.) Strong understanding ofInternational Design Codes and Standards . Sound knowledge instructural modeling, load calculations , anddesign documentation . Ability to coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines to ensure design integrity.Software Skills: Structural Analysis:STAAD.Pro (Mandatory), GTStrudl (Added advantage) Foundation Design:Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS (Added advantage) 3D Model Review:Navisworks, SmartPlant Review (SPR) (Added advantage) Finite Element Modeling:Abaqus, SAP2000, SolidWorks (Added advantage)Key Responsibilities: Lead the Civil & Structural engineering team in delivering project objectives within schedule and quality standards. Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable codes. Interface with clients, vendors, and internal disciplines for design clarifications and technical discussions. Support field engineering activities during construction and resolve site-related technical queries. Participate in project reviews, design audits, and technical evaluations.
