Your RoleOur International P&C Treaty Underwriting Asia Pacific team is seeking a highly qualified Senior Treaty Underwriter to join our Mumbai office. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical capabilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to combine underwriting expertise with marketing acumen. The ideal individual will also demonstrate the ambition and potential to grow into a future leadership role. Your Key Responsibilities Underwrite, model and price complex risks and treaties Identify business opportunities and negotiate terms and conditions Review contracts and submissions for accuracy and compliance with corporate policies and standards Assess assumptions, expectations, and results to continuously improve underwriting quality Perform in-depth portfolio and account analysis to guide portfolio management and profitability Identify and communicate complex business issues and priorities to management Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to clients, managing treaty relationships to develop and maintain a profitable liability portfolio Contribute to regional and international projects and initiatives Your Profile Degree qualified in Insurance, Finance, Statistics or Actuarial Science. Actuarial qualifications are highly advantageous.
