Reinsurance Operations Specialist/Senior Specialist

Job OverviewThe Reinsurance Operations Specialist/Senior Specialist role is a hybrid position requiring an individual to work with reinsurance contract documents, set up risk on systems, generate covering letters for clients, and handle claims and premiums transactions.Produce accurate client/underwriter documentation within specified timeframes.Maintain knowledge of core product principles and regulations to align with the organization's continuous learning culture.Ensure adherence to statutory and company regulations while processing work.Contribute to creating a supportive and flexible working environment.Achieve individual performance measures and targets set within performance appraisals.Understand and contribute to achieving individual and departmental KPIs and SLAs.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in reinsurance broking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical expertise in XOL, Facultative & Proportional Treaty business, logical reasoning, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess:Reinsurance broking experience: 3+ yearsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnical expertise in XOL, Facultative & Proportional Treaty businessLogical reasoning, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skillsThis role requires a talented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic industry and contribute to the success of the organization.
