About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Banking Process team. The role involves connecting with potential and existing customers, explaining banking products/services, and assisting in lead generation and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts, etc.).
  • Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain customer database and call records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers for documentation and process completion.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of local language is an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM).
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or banking sales will be an added advantage.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
  • Preference to candidates from banking / NBFC / telecalling background.
