Transfer Pricing Specialist

Support the preparation, calculation, and review of operational transfer pricing (OTP) adjustments and year-end true-ups across multiple regions. Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, benchmarking updates) in line with OECD and local requirements. Manipulate and analyse data to support financial models, profitability testing, and intercompany margin monitoring. Coordinate with Group Tax, Finance, and Regional Controllers to ensure alignment between transfer pricing results and accounting records. Support the implementation of automation tools and standardised reporting for transfer pricing monitoring and calculations. Assist with internal and external audits, providing supporting schedules, reconciliations, and explanations of intercompany charges. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operational transfer pricing processes and enhance data accuracy. Collaborate with GBS finance teams to ensure accurate intercompany cost allocations and consistent application of transfer pricing policies. What will you need to be successful? Bachelor level degree and/or Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ADIT, CPA or equivalent. Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operational finance/tax role, ideally with exposure to transfer pricing. Advanced analytical skills with proven experience data gathering, data manipulation and reconciling large datasets (advanced Excel required ; Power Query or Power BI is a plus). Familiarity with accounting systems (HFM, Longview, Tagetik, SAP, SAP4Hana) Sound understanding of intercompany transactions, cost allocations , and transfer pricing documentation requirements . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills . Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global, fast-paced environment.
