Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms. The role involves planning, creating, and implementing engaging content, running campaigns, analyzing performance, and building a strong online brand presence to drive audience engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and build strong relationships.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions, ROI).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team for campaigns and branding activities.
  • Stay updated with emerging tools, platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Insights).
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting, design sense, and video editing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
