Job Title: Supervisor STP Plant Operation (MBBR Technology)
Location: Noida
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc.
Experience: 34 Years
Salary Range: 22,000 – 26,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), with a strong focus on MBBR Technology.
  • Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as required.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, daily logs, and operational records.
  • Manage manpower allocation, contractor handling, and shift schedules effectively.
  • Monitor plant performance parameters and ensure compliance with environmental and statutory norms.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols during plant operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for smooth plant functioning.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge in STP operations, particularly MBBR technology.
  • Good leadership and manpower management skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports, documentation, and maintain compliance.
  • Knowledge of safety norms and statutory guidelines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible to work in shifts and manage plant operations independently.
