Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, SAP PP/QMResponsibilities:• Should have worked in all the main processes of SAP PP like Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock Discrete, SFC, Planning strategies, MRP, SOP, Order creation, scheduling, release, confirmations, Serial number management, Equipment creation and Status management repetitive manufacturing, and Master data etc Should have experience in SAP PP and QM modules on both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA 1909.• The candidate should have good skills in configuring production planning and quality management master data, sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning, Shop floor execution including both production order and process order, capacity planning, planning strategies, repetitive manufacturing, KANBAN. • Lead the deployment and ongoing support of SAP PP functionalities within the organization.• Analyze intricate business needs, provide appropriate system solutions, identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.• The candidate should have knowledge of quality management planning, QM in procurement, QM in sales, Inspection lot processing, result recording, quality certificate, defect management, sample management quality notification. • The candidate should have 2-3 full life cycle implementation experience. • The candidate should have the experience of supporting big SAP ECC implementations• Should have good knowledge of interfaces, integration with other modules etc• Good presentation and communication skills are desirable.• Closely work with the business to prepare the data for pilot and full implementations• Facilitate the mock and final cutovers for the manufacturing stream.• Leadership communication about the progress, risk and help needed.• Knowledge in PM is Plus.Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications• Graduation: B.Tech/B. E, MBA/MCA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills• Excellent Communication skills.• Configurator experience in SAP PP• S4 HANA 1909• Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with a team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.• Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
