Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist for the Air India Process at Praxis Services Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints through calls, emails, and chat. They will provide information about flight schedules, fares, and make reservations. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and enhancing the overall customer experience. The individual will also need to follow up on customer interactions and manage customer data regarding their travel experiences.

- Project Management abilities
- Inspection and Logistics Management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM and reservation systems
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
