We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a strong background or network in AML, KYC, Compliance, or Risk Management sectors. The ideal candidate will manage the entire client journey — from initial outreach to post-sale support — and should possess the credibility and knowledge to engage confidently with compliance, risk, and onboarding teams.

A polished, relationship-driven female professional is preferred for this role, ideally someone comfortable liaising with global financial and compliance institutions at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospects within the compliance, AML, KYC, and financial risk sectors
  • Conduct initial client meetings, deliver demos, and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end
  • Leverage existing network connections to open new business opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact post-sale for onboarding, platform usage, and client success
  • Customize engagement strategies based on regulatory needs of clients across industries
  • Collaborate internally with compliance and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory alignment
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales forecasts via CRM

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in AML, KYC, Compliance Technology, or Risk Management fields
  • Established network and credibility in compliance, financial institutions, or corporate service providers
  • Strong consultative sales skills with ability to handle discovery calls and objection handling
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation skills in English
  • CRM proficiency and experience working with remote, globally distributed teams
  • Understanding of onboarding workflows, due diligence, and regulatory compliance requirements is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
