As Business Development Manager, Frozen Beverage, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales organization in developing profitable Beverage equipment sales growth throughout APAC and India with specific focus on Frozen Beverage. You will have to develop new customers and territories, exploring new channels and new ways of working, including relationship with Beverage Companies, Ingredient Producers and new specialized Beverage Equipment dealers.ABOUT YOUR TASKS:Profitably sales growth, by developing the dealer network across the assigned geographical area and product families with specific focus on developing the Frozen Beverage CategoryIdentify, set up and organize the distribution channels, following the Specialistic Approach and the Specialty Brand sales channels.Implement distribution agreements and pricing structure.Support management in developing promotions and actions to grow specific Beverage categories, Thailandcountries or segments.Secure a solid and regular base of sales per month for the assigned customers, channels and territories.Involve the distribution network and customers in the use of digital sales tools (es CRM, calculators, Digital Platform)Support the participation in trade shows and other industry events when required.Actively provide market insight and customer feedbacks, to identify additional growth opportunities and understand the market needs to provide other areas within the organization.Ensure that sales support tools are in line with market needsManage implementation of payment terms, credit limit and collection of receivablesRegularly collaborate with Product Management, Customer Care and Sales Order Processing teams at the respective production companies
ABOUT YOU
Graduation in any disciplineMinimum 3 years’ experience in B2B service and salesExperience in Beverage Business and/or Hospitality sector is strongly preferredFluent English. Knowledge of other Asian language will be considered a plus.Available to travel when necessary.Good with people, establish credibility and trust, by demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge of customers business and needsProfessional and competentSelf-motivating and independent, able to organize and prioritize own workloadExcellent verbal communication skills, ability to influence other, collaboration and working in team.Must be able to work independently and on own initiative, delivering the defined results.Open to diversity and inclusion and to work in multicultural environment.REQUIRED COMPETENCES• Customer Obsessed - you are focused on delivering value to the customers, both internal and external• Trustworthy – you are accountable and deliver on your commitments.
