Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our branding and social media initiatives and elevate our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, social media management, and creating luxury wellness brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand identity and awareness.
  • Lead the development of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand reach and visibility.
  • Lead the rebranding efforts, if necessary, and ensure a smooth transition to the new brand identity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in branding and social media marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands, including experience with luxury wellness brands.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies, with the ability to translate brand vision into actionable plans.
  • Expertise in social media management across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for clean beauty, wellness, and sustainability.
