What You’ll Do:

Drive SEO Excellence
Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and stay ahead of competitors.
Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor performance and uncover opportunities.

Shape Our Online Reputation
Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and mentions with a thoughtful approach.
Develop strategies to handle negative feedback and highlight positive stories about our brand.
Create and promote content that boosts our reputation across search results.

Collaborate on Content
Team up with content creators to craft SEO-friendly, brand-positive content.
Ensure all published content aligns with our brand’s voice and ORM goals.
Build high-quality backlinks to strengthen our website’s authority.

Be Our Crisis Go-To
Quickly identify and resolve potential online reputation issues.
Implement strategies to push down negative content and promote positive messaging.

Measure and Report Success
Track SEO and ORM progress with tools and data insights.
Share easy-to-understand performance reports with actionable recommendations.

What We’re Looking For: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.
Proven experience leading SEO campaigns and managing online reputations.
Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and more.
A strong understanding of search engine trends and ORM principles.
Great communication skills—you’ll be working closely with clients and team members.
The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines like a pro.
Bonus: Experience with social media monitoring tools and review platforms.
