Timings: After 2pm CST onwards (This is in US shift timings)

**THIS IS A SHORT TERM CONTRACT OF 20-30 HOURS ONLY**

Position Summary:

We are looking for a FileMaker Pro Developer for a short-term project (about 20 hours). The role involves supporting a critical migration project and is best suited for someone experienced who can work independently and deliver quickly.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Migrate data, scripts, and layouts from existing FileMaker Pro solutions to the target platform.
  • Review current FileMaker databases to identify dependencies, integration points, and migration challenges.
  • Handle blank tables that need to be re-mapped to ensure a successful migration.
  • Re-map all SQL fields in FileMaker Pro.
  • Update national vending machine numbering for Providence Health and SSM Health.
  • Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure accuracy.
  • Document migration steps, configuration changes, and best practices.
  • Work with project stakeholders to address requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience as a FileMaker Pro Developer (database design, scripting, reporting).
  • Good understanding of FileMaker architecture, relational models, and integrations.
  • Ability to deliver within short timelines and work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work during CST business hours.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with FileMaker Pro migrations or upgrades.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations, APIs, or plugins.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Background in freelance/consulting with proven on-time delivery.
