Primarily responsible for sourcing candidates, Posting Jobs, & generating leads for Lateral hiring & to maintain reports

Creating JD for the current roles

Preparing Approval documents for Lateral Hires

Ensuring Rejection messages are shared to the "Not Selected" candidates.

Follow-up with the offered candidates & completing the joining procedures without any deviations or escalations.

Regular Connect with the New Lateral hires to understand the pulse of the new hires & to raise red flag to Manager TAG on possible dropouts & maintaining MOM.

Floor connect with the new hire & existing employees & building up the rapport.

Handing over the new hire Documents/Back papers/Files (Hardcopy/Softcopy) to the HR OPS team on the DOJ.

Connecting with Stakeholder on hiring demand vs supply

Ensuring Hiring team function with Zero Errors.

To maintain confidentiality & integrity in the hiring process.

In case of any deviations/violation in the hiring process, responsible to bring it to the attention of Manager & AGM
