What are we looking for?

Looking for highly passionate freshers to join our Non-Tech vertical This comprises charters such as Product, Finance, Analytics, Lending, Risk, CEO’s office, Legal etc. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our organization. If you thrive on the excitement of finding top-notch candidates and making great matches, then you could be the right fit


Duration of internship - 6 months


Role overview

To start, your primary role will be centered on scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. As you grow in the role, we’ll also involve you in supporting the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing the right candidates, conducting initial screening calls, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards .
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments, as needed
