ResponsibilitiesAI Application Development:Design and develop intelligent chatbots and conversational AI systems for various business applicationsBuild and deploy social media analysis tools using natural language processing and sentiment analysisImplement AI-powered content generation and analysis systemsCreate and maintain AI agents for task automation and workflow optimizationLLM Integration & Optimization:Set up, configure, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific use casesImplement prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performanceIntegrate various LLM APIs (Open AI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) into applicationsDevelop custom model pipelines and orchestration workflowsSecurity & Governance:Implement AI security guardrails and content filtering systemsDesign and deploy safety mechanisms for AI-generated contentEnsure compliance with AI ethics and responsible AI practicesMonitor and mitigate potential risks in AI applicationsTechnical Infrastructure:Build and maintain vector databases for semantic search and retrieval systemsImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecturesWork with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for enhanced AI capabilitiesDesign scalable AI systems and optimize performance for production environmentsFramework & Tool Utilization:Develop applications using Lang Chain and Lang Smith frameworksBuild custom AI workflows and chains for complex use casesIntegrate with various AI/ML platforms and servicesMaintain and optimize existing AI codebasesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical fieldRelevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are a plus.Continuous learning mindset with up-to-date knowledge of AI trendsRequired SkillsProgramming: Proficiency in Python with experience in AI/ML librariesGen AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Lang Chain, Lang Smith, or similar frameworksLLM Integration: Experience setting up and working with various LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)Vector Databases: Knowledge of Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar vector storage solutionsAI/ML Libraries: Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers, Open AI API, Anthropic APIData Processing: Experience with pandas, numpy, and data preprocessing techniquesAPIs & Integration: RESTful API development and third-party service integrationPreferred Skills1-2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI or related AI/ML fieldsProven track record of building and deploying AI applications in productionExperience with at least 2-3 major Gen AI projects or use casesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML workloadsKnowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI application deploymentBackground in social media analytics and content moderationExperience with multi-modal AI applications (text, image, audio)Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and autonomous systemsUnderstanding of enterprise AI governance and compliance requirementsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinkingExcellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work in fast-paced, iterative development environmentsCollaborative mindset for cross-functional team projects
