Senior Generative AI Engineer

Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and applications to solve business problems.- Work with LLMs (Large Language Models), transformers, and deep learning architectures to create intelligent systems.- Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.- Integrate Gen AI solutions into existing platforms and workflows using Python and cloud services (AWS / Azure).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Design) to identify and implement AI opportunities.- Evaluate model performance, optimize algorithms, and ensure responsible AI deployment aligned with ethical and compliance standards.- Research and prototype new applications of generative models (e.g., text generation, summarization, image synthesis, conversational AI).- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, Gen AI frameworks, and MLOps tools.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI development.- Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, Bedrock, etc.)- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for model deployment and data pipelines.- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and MLOps principles.- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and embedding-based retrieval systems (RAG).- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
