Há algo de mágico ao observar alguém passar pela nossa montra e ver os seus olhos fixarem-se numa peça especial. Recordo-me de um cliente que, todos os dias, ao passar pela nossa loja, parava por alguns momentos para admirar um relógio clássico. Aquele relógio lembrava-lhe o que o avô usava, um símbolo de herança e tradição. Como Luxury Store Manager, serás o guardião destas histórias, proporcionando aos nossos clientes não apenas produtos, mas experiências que eles recordarão para sempre. Serás parte de uma marca que valoriza cada detalhe, onde a excelência e o atendimento personalizado são a chave para encantar e fidelizar.
Funções:
- Gerir o plano de atividades da loja para garantir uma operação suave e eficaz;
- Liderar e inspirar a equipa, promovendo formação contínua e motivação;
- Assegurar a satisfação dos clientes através de um atendimento personalizado de excelência;
- Monitorar e analisar os KPI’s, ajustando estratégias para atingir os objetivos;
- Gerir o stock e realizar inventários precisos;
- Organizar e executar eventos exclusivos para promover a loja e as suas marcas.
Perfil:
- 12 ano completo;
- Experiência em funções similares no segmento de luxo;
- Habilidade na análise de KPI’s e gestão de equipas.;
- Excelentes capacidades de liderança e organização;
- Fluência em Inglês (C1);
- Disponibilidade para turnos e folgas rotativas.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em: Colombo, Amoreiras, Vasco da Gama, Alegro Alfragide.

Requirements
Desafio: Neste momento, encontramo-nos a recrutar um(a) Luxury Store Manager para o setor premium, com experiência em atendimento personalizado dentro do segmento de luxo, para integrar uma marca que se distingue pela qualidade dos seus produtos e do seu atendimento, assim como pelas parcerias com marcas reconhecidas a nível mundial, que cobrem a totalidade dos segmentos, desde da alta relojoaria até à gama média, passando por marcas de moda, desportivas e clássicas. Principais responsabilidades: Alcançar os objetivos definidos, previamente, pela empresa; Capacidade de motivar e desenvolver a sua equipa para o atingimento das metas propostas; Manter a excelência no atendimento do cliente, garantindo a sua fidelização à empresa / marca; Gestão de todo o espaço de loja e funções inerentes; Gestão de eventos. Perfil: Experiência profissional comprovada em gestão de equipas em marcas com atendimento personalizado (mínimo de 1 a 2 anos) - fator eliminatório Foco na área comercial e com orientação para objetivos/resultados; Conhecimentos de Inglês (outras línguas serão valorizadas); Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos e com folgas rotativas é obrigatória; Excelente apresentação e comunicação cuidada; Maturidade no discurso e capacidade elevada de resiliência;
