This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our New Delhi location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the team to drive revenue growth.


Qualifications

  • Experience in diamond jewelry sales
  • Understanding of product - Lab Grown Diamonds and Diamond jewellery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Experience in the jewelry industry or luxury goods market is a must.


Highly Prefered: 3 - 5 years of luxury retail floor management experience in high fashion/jewelry brands like CaratLane, Bluestone, LVMH, GUCCI, Cartier etc.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met
  • Educate new clients about Lab-Grown Diamonds and make sure satisfactory awareness is achieved. (Training will br provided)
  • Work as a brand promoter. Take the initiative for new marketing campaigns and build strong client relationships.
  • Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory-taking, reconciling cash and managing in-store marketing
  • Track and manage inventory at store. MMI JwellySoftware used. (Software training will be given)


The ideal candidate will be able to manage the retail store's daily operations and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices to onboard new employees. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees to maintain the store's function.
