As an HR Manager, you will collaborate closely with the management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our company's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Lead onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and equipped to contribute to the organisation's success.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration.
Manage performance appraisal processes to support employee development and align individual goals with organisational objectives.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies and promote career growth.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee perks, to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for the organisation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in HR roles.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & ability to learn new software.
Other information:
Salary range: Depending upon experience. No bar for the right candidate.
Experience required: Minimum 2-4 years
The candidate should be willing to relocate to Alwar.
