Responsibilities:


 HR Operations:

o Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee records, attendance, payroll, and benefits

administration.

o Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.

o Handle employee grievances and provide effective solutions.

 Recruitment and Onboarding:

o Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and selection.

o Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles within the company.

o Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

 Employee Engagement and Development:

o Implement and promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

performance.

o Monitor and report on employee satisfaction and suggest improvements where necessary.


Requirements:

 Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an HR Executive role, preferably in the manufacturing or cosmetic

industry.


 Skills:

o Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Proficiency in HR software and tools.

o Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

o Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing and cosmetic sectors.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR

certifications are a plus.
