Roles and Responsibilities
Is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies.
Motivates and coaches their team to improve performance.  Provides feedback, support, and guidance to help team members achieve sales targets
Oversees the allocation of resources, including budgets, to ensure efficient sales operations. They monitor expenses and optimize resource utilization
Regularly analyzing sales data and metrics helps to identify trends and opportunities. They use this information to make informed decisions and adjust strategies
Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members ensuring that new hires are well-prepared to contribute effectively to the team
Actively builds and maintains relationships with clients and partners.
